You will have the entire home and garage. Parking for additional cars and boats on neighboring lot is available.
House Rules
1. Do not empty live wells or wash boat in the garage area. Boats can be washed out front or in the boat wash area outside the rear garage door. Garage floor can be slippery when wet. 2. Do not store bait or fish in the kitchen refrigerator. A small fridge/freezer is located for bait and fish in the garage. Please clean all fish at the boat launch. 3. Wind can pick up quickly in POC. Store folding chairs and other items that can blow away inside the garage when not in use. 4. A gas grill is provided and stored in the garage for your use. Feel free to wheel the gas grill to the side porch, back porch or under the covered parking to cook. Please do not cook in garage area. Please clean grill after use.
Other Details to Note
There are currently a few other barndominiums being built in the neighborhood. Please keep the roadways clear and park in the designated areas.

Quiet private neighborhood located centrally in Port O Connor. The neighborhood is a short walk from Cathy's and Speedy Stop and less than 2 minutes drive to the fishing center and froggies. Easy access and wide roads.

Parking is pretty easy in Port O' Connor, except if you are late to the boat ramp on a holiday or any weekend morning. If you are struggling to find somewhere to launch the boat and park, I would suggest heading to Charlie's Bait Camp in Seadrift. It tends to be much quieter.
